Marsha Davis, principal consultant, has been an educator in Middle and High School settings for over 10 years. As a high school science teacher, she has leveraged current education research on working with poor youth of color to decrease the achievement gap in her classroom. As an educational consultant, she works with schools to create classroom cultures were all students can thrive. Marsha Davis graduated from Harvard University with a BA in Molecular and Cellular Biology, and earned a MAT in Secondary Science Education from Queens College, CUNY.
