Courageous Giving Learning Journey
“What is possible when philanthropists commit to the work of collective liberation?”
We all deserve a more just world.
A world where we are free to embody the fullness of our personal and collective purpose. A world where all people can thrive and live in right relationship with each other and our planet.
To build this world, we need courageous givers who are strategic about where and how they invest their resources.
Organizations on the frontlines of social change are inviting philanthropists to stand in solidarity with them as they bend the arc of history toward justice. As you update your strategies to address this moment in history, the Courageous Giving Learning Journey will give you a guiding framework for implementation combined with an interactive cohort model where you can build community with like-minded colleagues.
The Courageous Giving Learning Journey will help you build a comprehensive understanding of social justice philanthropy, from its foundational principles to its practical implementation, so that you can be a more intentional, informed, and impactful philanthropist.
The Courageous Giving Learning Journey is an exploration of what is possible when philanthropy partners with organizations on the frontline of social change.
Each class in the series meets virtually for 3 hours to deepen your political analysis, connect you with other like-minded funders, and learn from case studies of philanthropists committing to the work of collective liberation. You can take each class individually or sign up for every class in the series. Each session is recorded and sent out to those who’ve registered along with a resource guide for additional learning.
